Administration Assistant

Role Responsibility

We are looking for someone to join our busy Business Support team within the Legal Department for Governance, Law & Democracy. As an Administration Assistant, you will support the Business Support Lead and Legal Department on a range of tasks and work alongside colleagues to assist in the smooth running of the service. 

This role is a varied and challenging post and requires someone with excellent organisation and communication skills and proven administrative experience. You will be responsible for providing full confidential administrative support, You should be able to proactively manage your workload whilst responding to urgent requests and deadlines and be able to work flexibly alongside team members.

The successful candidate will be required to work in the office 3 days a week. The role is varied and interesting and we offer:
