Technical Service Officer
Role Responsibility
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Technical Services Officer to work within the Kent County Council (KCC) Property and Facilities Management Team. This is a permanent position with hybrid working arrangements.
As a Technical Services Officer you will work directly for the Technical Service Managers and provide support to them and the wider FM team on all aspects of building services, monitoring the performance of all Hard Services contractors.
You will be required to support the Area Facilities Manager, Contract Officers, and Project Managers by providing support throughout the project lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with excellent people, communication, customer service and problem-solving skills. You will be required to familiarise yourself with the KCC property portfolio, what may involve site visits.
