Staff Communication and Engagement Officer

Role Responsibility

Are you an experienced Internal Communications and Engagement professional with a creative approach to connecting people? We have an exciting opportunity to help staff understand our strategic direction and engage with organisational change.

You will be working as part of our Internal Communications and Engagement Team and will lead the design and delivery of creative campaigns, to drive behaviour change and support our strategic priorities.  Your focus will be to translate complex information into clear and engaging content across our communication channels, making sure key messages connect with our staff.

You will be outcome focused with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across the organisation. You will have an eye for detail and accuracy and be able to demonstrate the ability to respond and adapt to ensure communication activity remains relevant and aligned.
