Multiply Project Coordinator

Role Responsibility

We are recruiting 2 full-time Project Coordinators to work within the Multiply Project team. Multiply is an exciting new DfE project, funded until 31st March 2025.

This Project aims to help people improve their ability to understand and use maths in daily life, home, and work: improving household finances, helping children with homework, making more sense of the facts in the media, or improving numeracy skills specific to a line of work. To achieve this, the Multiply Numeracy Project offers a range of options such as free personal tutoring, digital training and flexible courses that fit around people’s lives and are tailored to specific needs, circumstances, sectors and industries.

The successful applicants will manage internal and partner delivery of the interventions identified in CLS’s Multiply Investment Plan. This will include ensuring quality, support CLS delivery staff, help develop curriculum material and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.   

Applicants will be flexible, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be both pro-active and innovative.

The ability to travel across the geographical area in a timely and flexible manner at various times of the day is essential.

Applicants will have management qualifications and/or experience, as well as experience of supporting and driving high quality provision.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
