Exam & Accreditation Officer - Dartford Adult Education Centre
Role Responsibility
To undertake the end to end administration of Exams and Accreditation and Data input, ensuring CLS systems and standards are delivered in an effective and timely way that supports student success and business output and the quality standards including Awarding Body and JCQ.
Hours and location may vary. A flexible working approach is required to ensure business needs are met. The working pattern will include weekend and evening hours as required
The role of the Exam Officer is to support and look after the end-to-end exam process for all of our learners who require an exam to be taken as a part of their course.
Main duties include liaising with tutors, other staff members and learners regarding the exam registration. Booking exam invigilators and completing all exam related administration. The Exam Officer works alongside other Teams within the centre, with other members of the Exam Team and the Exam & Accreditation Manager. Data input is also a large part of the job role.
Qualities that are important to the role include, excellent time management , the ability to work under pressure, to forward plan and to have a flexible working approach.. Also, excellent communication skills are required.
