Member Hub Support Officer
Role Responsibility
We are recruiting for an individual to provide support and assistance with the smooth running of the Member Support Hub. We require a proactive individual who can support the day-to-day functioning of the service, which includes help with queries, webcasting and assisting with Grants.
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated and able to work independently and liaise with officers across all areas and levels of the organisation.
This will be a varied role and will require our Support Officers to offer the highest administrative support that is required by the department.
If you are successful in the first stage of shortlisting, you will be asked to complete a short attention to detail task prior to interview.
This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
