Countryside Partnership Manager

Role Responsibility

North West Kent Countryside Partnership are seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to job share with the current manager while they are on secondment.

You will lead a team of committed project officers, trainees and volunteers to deliver conservation, access, community and wellbeing projects across the areas of Bexley, Dartford, Gravesham and Sevenoaks, as well as deliver and develop income generating products. You must be able to manage multiple budgets, have excellent written and communication skills as well as experience of working with multiple partners.

The role is 3 days a week based at Hall Place, Bexley with flexible working.

Interviews will be held on Tuesday 22nd February at the Partnerships Office. 

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
