Cleaning Support Officer

Role Responsibility

Are you passionate about Facilities Management and a great team player? Infrastructure’s Soft Services FM has an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing contract management team. 

Working within our Soft Services team supporting the Cleaning Contract Officer.  You will be responsible for ensuring that the cleaning contract is well administered.  Meeting the requirements outlined in the contract schedules and procedures, whilst delivering excellent customer service to our KCC key stakeholders. 

This is a fast-paced friendly team where you will work positively and collaboratively with our service partners. Your focus will be ensuring excellent contract administration through great organisation and administration abilities.  Supporting buildings across the corporate landlord and schools’ estate. 

You will be passionate about customer service, a good problem solver, and curious to learn something new to broaden your knowledge of FM.

This role will require some travel across the county and office estate, a full UK driving licence will be required as well as offering flexible working for the right candidate.
