An opportunity has arisen within Community Learning & Skills for a Marketing Campaign Manager. You will be a clear and articulate communicator both face to face and on the phone, have effective IT skills and be able to build relationships with both internal and external customers.

This role is to identify, coordinate and manage the CLS off-line marketing activities to ensure the stakeholder and business objectives are met.

You will need to demonstrate that you understand, and can develop and deploy marketing and campaign initiatives through a variety of media channels using customer insights and data.  The Campaign Manager role will be responsible for delivering marketing activities that achieve a cost effective return on investment in an efficient and timely manner.

This is a busy but friendly team driven by tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of all marketing principles and channels, and the experience to deploy them in an integrated fashion.  You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of the team.

You will also act as the liaison and co-ordinator with colleagues in CLS, Kent County Council and external partners to facilitate effective communication within the marketing team.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
