Role Responsibility

We’re looking for a change communications expert to join our small and mighty Internal Communications and Staff Engagement Team for a six month period (with an opportunity for extension). This is your chance to lead the conversation on one of our most important strategic initiatives – the Families First Programme – and make a real difference to how we engage, inform, and inspire.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the communication and engagement planning and delivery for the Families First Programme, ensuring it’s inclusive, impactful, and aligned to our strategic goals.
  • Work across functions and stakeholder groups, building trusted relationships and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
  • Use data and insight to shape your approach, measure success, and continuously improve.
  • Bring creativity and clarity to complex change, making sure our people feel informed, involved, and inspired.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in internal communications and engagement, particularly in change environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – you’re confident influencing and collaborating at all levels and across disciplines.
  • A sharp eye for detail, accuracy, and tone, with a commitment to inclusive and accessible communication.
  • A collaborative mindset and a love for creative problem-solving.

Why join us?

You’ll be part of a supportive, friendly, and forward-thinking team that values new ideas and fresh perspectives. We’re passionate about the power of great communication – and we’re looking for someone who shares that passion.

No two days will be the same. But every day, you’ll be helping to shape a better experience for our people and the communities we serve.
