Business Support Officer - Swale Central Children’s Social Work Services
Role Responsibility
Children’s Social Work Services (CSWS) are responsible for the safeguarding and welfare of vulnerable children, young people and their families. We are looking for a motivated and well organised individual to join Swale Central CSWS Business Support Team in providing comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the service. Applicants must have a high standard of interpersonal and communication skills and the confidence and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
You will be expected to organise meetings within a tight timeframe and take “live” minutes using a laptop. We are looking for an experienced administrator with a sound knowledge of MS Office packages, diary management and the ability to use dedicated database applications. You will be part of a supportive team but have the ability to work under your own initiative and be able to prioritise whilst working under pressured time-frames. You will need to be extremely organised, a fast learner and have excellent time management skills.
