Business Support Coordinator

Role Responsibility

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Business Support Coordinator to join the Strategic Safeguarding, Policy, Practice and Quality Assurance Team. This post is full time, based at Invicta House, Maidstone with the ability of hybrid working.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of the service and will display adaptability in providing assistance across various sectors of the Strategic Safeguarding, Policy, Practice and Quality Assurance Team as necessary.

This role presents a chance to contribute to the evolution of our business support, marking a thrilling phase to join our ranks. We seek a Business Support Coordinator who is adept with computers based systems, is able to undertake a wide range of duties and provide a high level of support to the team.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a bustling team environment, adeptly manage their workload, exhibit adaptability, and introduce innovative ideas with a creative mindset.   Outstanding communication abilities are crucial for effective interaction with colleagues and management at all levels.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
