Business Support Coordinator

Role Responsibility

The contractual base is Invicta House, Maidstone, plus hybrid working.

We are on the lookout for a seasoned administrator eager to become part of our welcoming, energetic, and supportive team. A vacancy has emerged within our Countywide Business Support Team for a Business Support Coordinator who will support the Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) Service.

The Kent AMHP Service undertakes all Mental Health Act evaluations across Kent and occasionally extends its services to individuals outside the county, in instances where KCC holds legal obligations.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of the service and will display adaptability in providing assistance across various sectors of Countywide Services as necessary.

This role presents a prime chance to contribute to the evolution of our business support, marking a thrilling phase to join our ranks. We seek a Business Support Coordinator who is adept with computers, capable of navigating various IT systems and software with precision, particularly for data gathering and entry tasks.

The successful candidate will thrive in a bustling team environment, adeptly manage their workload, exhibit adaptability, and introduce innovative ideas with a creative mindset. Minute-taking will be a core task for this role. Outstanding communication abilities are crucial for effective interaction with colleagues and management at all levels.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.
