Business & Stakeholder Liaison Officer

Role Responsibility

Fixed Term - 12 months 

An opportunity has opened within the Compliance & Performance team for a Business & Stakeholder Liaison Officer.  This is a full-time role based at Doubleday House with hybrid working arrangements in place.

Kent operates a successful and proven Permit Scheme and as the successful candidate you will provide financial support, advice, and information to the Compliance & Street Works Managers  

You will be responsible for analysing monthly revenue / income in order to support the governance of the Permit Scheme and manage and maintain internal accounting systems. You will also be required to have regular communication with key Stakeholders and provide support with both account and administration functions.

A good standard of education coupled with good IT skills are essential as is experience of accounting systems. You should have a sound knowledge of all Microsoft office applications and have a high level of computer literacy. You will also require good interpersonal and organisational skills and have a strong customer focus.


It is essential that as the team operates in a highly reactive work environment you are able to prioritise your own workload, work to tight deadlines, be methodical in your approach, use initiative and operate with minimum supervision,
