Senior Business Support Officer
Role Responsibility
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Business Support Officer to the Assistant Director of Adolescent Services within Children, Young People and Education (CYPE). This is a fixed-term full-time position based at Invicta House but will involve home working.
The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills. As a Senior Business Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to the Assistant Director, and must be able to proactively manage your workload whilst responding to urgent requests and deadlines. You will have strong administrative, finance, minuting and IT skills and the ability to collate and manage data.
You will need to demonstrate a confident manner in liaising with professionals and organisations, acting as a contact point for the Assistant Director, coordinating a range of meetings. The work is interesting, varied and demanding, and we need someone with a calm and organised approach who can make a positive contribution to the success of the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can demonstrate the capacity to cope with a variety of tasks in a busy office environment.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.
