Asset Assistant - Infrastructure Strategy Team

Role Responsibility

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Assistant (KR9) to join our Infrastructure Strategy Team. This role is key in providing support to the Strategy Team.  You will be outcome and relationship focused with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and will be the main support to the Strategy Managers within the team. 

You will be used to liaising with a broad range of colleagues and stakeholders with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, ideally with a project management background. Your focus will be on supporting the implementation of  key aspects of our Asset Management Strategy.

This role support the Council’s property portfolios effectively and efficiently and will assist the review of assets against the requirements, policies, strategies, budgets and objectives of the organisation and by working alongside service directorates, other internal and external stakeholders and partners and the property service.
