Administration Officer - Ashford and Faversham Community Services

Role Responsibility

This role is open to those staff directly employed by KCC, temporary agency staff undertaking KCC work and external applicants not currently working for KCC.

We are looking to recruit an Administration Officer to support within our Ashford and Faversham Community Services. The role will be split between both teams and will require travelling to and from the services.
 
Our community services support adults with learning disabilities with inhouse activities and community-based activities to both support and develop independence and social skills.
We require a resourceful and methodical Administration Officer, to provide support across both of these services.
 
You will have experience in office administration including banking, invoicing, and budgetary support within a busy office. You will also have a good knowledge and skillset in Word, Excel and Outlook.  You will be competent in producing and maintaining spread sheets to a high standard, have the ability to prioritise your workload, and work to deadlines.  You will also have a confident telephone manner.

The services would be open to a job share arrangement should there be two suitable applicants.
