Trainee Commissioner
Role Responsibility
We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Commissioner to join the Children’s Commissioning team within the Strategic Commissioning Directorate.
In this role you will monitor and review activity relating to specific activities within the commissioning cycle. You will provide support to Commissioners in ensuring that the local
authority commissions services that are evidence based, provide value for money and meet the needs of Kent residents.
This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
This post is subject to a Basic Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
