- Experience in managing and administering medication
- Knowledge of CQC and how the inspection process influences our practice
Gravesham Place is a care centre that provides short term placements, assisting people to regain their independence and meet their aims and objectives. We also work closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Social Services Registered Practitioners to support those requiring rehabilitation or further care assessments to return to the community. We are looking for someone to join our team to cover annual leave, training and absences.
By promoting independence and delivering person centred care, you’ll be making a real difference to people’s everyday lives.
We are able to offer you a comprehensive induction package. This will include mandatory training as well as access to multiple personal development courses. You will already hold an NVQ / Diploma Level 3 or equivalent. We can also offer this programme to the right candidate if not held upon commencing employment. You will have a rolling 4-week rota pattern that includes a mixture of morning and afternoon shifts, enabling a more flexible work-life relationship.
