Stronger Practice Hub Support Officer - The Education People

Role Responsibility

This is an exciting new role within The Education People's Early Years & Childcare Service, supporting the development of a Stronger Practice Hub. Part of the Government’s Early Years Covid Recovery Programme, the Hub will support settings and practitioners in Kent and beyond to address the impact of the pandemic on young children, by sharing effective practice and building lasting local networks.

The postholder can expect a busy and diverse role, supporting both the Hub Practice Lead and the Hub Project Manager as well as providing organisational support to run the Steering Group.  As it is a new role it provides the opportunity to be involved in setting up systems, processes and procedures. Previous experience of providing business support is essential.
