Senior Administrative Officer
Role Responsibility
Kent Enablement at Home (KEaH) provide domiciliary-based short term enablement services across Kent. We are looking to recruit a Senior Administration Officer to work in their busy office delivering enablement services to people in their own homes.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can demonstrate a capacity to cope with a wide variety of tasks dealing with frontline domiciliary services.
The post involves daily use of computerised systems; recording and relaying essential information to various staff; responsible for maintenance of quality records and leading a team of Administrators.
The Senior Administration Officer will take a lead on managing the triaging of new referrals and ensuring call allocations are made efficiently to maximise our utilisation. The Senior Administration Officer will directly support the Locality Organisers.
Key skills required are: excellent communication and telephone skills, and good numeric and literacy. Knowledge of social care systems and databases is a bonus as is experience supervising staff.
