Personal Assistant to Director for Growth & Communities
An enthusiastic, proactive and well organised personal assistant is required to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Divisional Director, and the Divisional Management Team, in our brand-new division, Growth and Communities. The post holder will primarily assist in managing the Director’s time through diary management and monitoring emails, ensuring requests are actioned, either directly or by the appropriate officer.
We require good interpersonal skills when communicating with colleagues, other professionals, the public and our service users. You will need to have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise a demanding workload and work to deadlines either on your own or as part of a team.
You will be required to organise a variety of meetings involving a wide range of staff and agencies. You will have the experience and ability to produce high quality and comprehensive minutes and the confidence to follow up actions. You will be required to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
The successful candidate will be adaptable in their approach to work as the role will involve a mixture of working from home and in an office subject to business needs and demands.
You should have a sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office 365 applications, have excellent keyboard skills and have an adaptable and flexible attitude to your work.
