Performance & Analyst Officer
Role Responsibility
We are looking to recruit to the post of Performance & Analyst Officer, in the Billing & Control Team within the Financial Assessment and Income Unit (FA&I). This post is offered as a permanent position and is full time (37 hours per week). The Billing & Control Team are based at St Peters House in Broadstairs. The Authority currently supports hybrid working.
The Billing & Control Team are responsible for the invoicing of income due to the Authority on behalf of services provided by Adult Social Care. FA&I are on a journey to shaping our teams and processes to enable us to continue delivering efficient and effective outcomes for our internal and external stakeholders. This post provides technical support and advice to customers and will be supporting the Team Manager in the efficient and effective management of a team of Officers. You will be responsible for accurately analysing and providing key statistical management information, as well as supporting with the administration of the IT solutions used across FA&I.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach, with demonstratable experience in systems, reporting and presenting of complex data sets. You will be supporting the development of processes and procedures for increasing efficiency and accuracy, together with supporting with the implementation of innovative solutions to improve service delivery.
