We are looking to recruit multiple Pensions Engagement and Systems Officers to help us with our work for Kent Pension Fund.

Please note that the primary location of the role is Sessions House, Maidstone, with the possibility of hybrid working (office and home working dependent on business needs). The position is advertised as permanent, full time (37 hours per week) and we also welcome applications from part-time applicants willing to work a minimum of 24 hours a week.

This role is to improve the effectiveness of the Kent Pension Fund by promoting and facilitating good communications and relationships between the Kent Pension Fund, its scheme employers, members, media, and other stakeholders. Additionally, to support the implementation and delivery of new systems and enhancements of existing systems (e.g., iConnect and MyPension Online) and maintain and improve the quality of the data held by the Kent Pension Fund.

We welcome both internal and external applications from candidates with a background in pensions and interest in the LGPS.

The role will be varied and you will need to be able to work with a range of both internal and external stakeholders that require technical support about our Pension Fund. Please see attached job description for full details.

As an employee of Kent County Council, you will receive excellent benefits, including 30 days annual leave, membership of the pension scheme and flexible working.
