Mosaic Data Quality Officer
Role Responsibility
This is a permanent position, working within the Community Purchasing Support Team. It is an exciting role for a confident, proactive and positive individual, working within Adult Social Care.
The role involves analysing suspended and unmatched payments on our client database. Requires liaising with our care providers and customers to ensure our systems are accurate and ensure care providers are paid promptly correctly. This role requires excellent administration, organisational and communication skills. You will be able to deal with issues of a confidential and sensitive nature appropriately. You will be confident in communicating regularly with care providers, staff, clients, managers and professionals, and prioritise your work.
You will have excellent IT skills as tasks include inputting, updating, modifying and retrieving data on systems and running reports. The ability to problem-solve is essential as there is a need to investigate and resolve payment queries.
You will be confident, flexible, able to work well within a busy team and prioritise your workload. You will be able to travel around the county in a timely manner if required.
Full induction and training will be given. This post is subject to a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service check.
The post will be based at Brook House in Whitstable, but will be predominantly working from home. The successful candidate will need to be able to attend meetings around the county on occasion.
