Management Information Assistant

Role Responsibility

The team

In response to the government's expansion of the Early Years Entitlement scheme, we are seeking a Management Information Assistant to become part of the Management Information & Intelligence team within the Children, Young People, and Education (CYPE) Directorate. Joining our high-performing team, you will play a supporting role in collecting and verifying data related to the government's Free Early Education entitlements for 2, 3, and 4-year-olds.

The role
This role entails both independent work and collaboration within the team. As the primary contact for customers, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries and managing routine requests for information. It will be essential to utilise technical expertise to identify and resolve system or data issues affecting service quality.

You should possess the ability to grasp information swiftly and adapt to new systems and work methodologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with customers within KCC directorates and education providers. This position is well-suited for an exceptionally organised individual with strong data quality and customer service skills.

This post is subject to a Basic Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.

This post is hybrid working between home and Invicta House in Maidstone.

Selection testing will take place on Wednesday 7th February 2024

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 14th February 2024
