Management Information Assistant

Role Responsibility

The team

The Children, Young People and Education Management Information team requires an assistant to undertake key data processes relating to the statutory collections for the Department for Education. As a vital member of the team, you'll be at the forefront of the processing and verification of data so that payments can be made to registered providers for the across all the Early Years Entitlements and funding streams.

The role 

In this dynamic role, you’ll experience a balance of independent tasks and collaboration efforts within the team. Serving as the primary liaison for Early Years Providers, you’ll adeptly handle inquiries and manage routine information requests. Your role within the team will require using technical expertise to identify and resolve system or data issues affecting service quality. 

Key skills required for this role include: the ability to process high levels of data; meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; strong customer service skills (with experience in handling high call volumes and email correspondence); effective workload prioritisation and good active listening skills. This post is hybrid working between home and Sessions House in Maidstone.

Selection testing will take place on Friday 14th November 2025

Interviews will be held on Wednesday 19th November 2025
