Infrastructure Expenditure Officer

Role Responsibility

The Infrastructure Divison is seeking an additional Officer to join our busy Expenditure Team.

The main duties and responsibilities of these roles include the raising of purchase orders, processing of invoices for payments and the accurate recording of information for the Infrastructure related budgets. In addition, you will assist in resolving financial related queries, support budget managers in producing their forecasts and reconcile the financial monitors.

You will be expected to have had previous experience of working in a financial environment, have good attention to detail and be IT literate. You are required to have the ability to priorities workloads and work to deadlines. An understanding of budget management is required.

The team operate a hybrid work model that includes a mix of working from home and working from Invicta House in Maidstone.
