Income Recovery Team Manager

Role Responsibility

We have an exciting opportunity to take on a Team Manager role within Financial Assessment and Income. The position of Income Recovery Team Manager is based in Maidstone however, we undertake hybrid working, meaning that we work from home and the office, depending on business needs. The position available is a 1-year contract, full time (37 hours per week).

As a Team Manager in Income Recovery, you will be responsible for implementing and ensuring an effective debt recovery process designed to maximise income received into the authority.

You will, through excellent technical knowledge and a pro-active approach, implement new and innovative ideas to improve income recovery and reduce debt owed to the authority. Working closely with your team to resolve disputes quickly and effectively, ensuring an efficient recovery process.

Positive, engaging and adaptable to change, you will take an active role in the conception and development of ideas for improvement and demonstrate enthusiasm in every aspect of service delivery.

If you are flexible, adaptable, can work under pressure, hold all the necessary skills, experience, and knowledge, and are prepared to go the extra mile, then this is an excellent opportunity for you to take on a management role within a dynamic and developing environment.
