Customer Experience Officer - Financial Assessment and Income Unit
Role Responsibility
We are looking to recruit within our Financial Assessment and Income Unit. The position of Customer Experience Officer is based in Broadstairs however, we undertake hybrid working, meaning that we work from home and the office, depending on business needs.
The teams working within the Financial Assessment and Income Unit are expanding and adapting to improve the response times associated with the provision of high quality advice and accurate information to both internal and external stakeholders. The successful postholder will provide support to the Financial Assessment & Income Management Team, as well as supporting with the investigation of complaints, data breaches and Freedom of Information requests.
You must be positive, engaging, adaptable to change, and possess excellent organisational, numeracy and communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate compassion and knowledge when working with people to ensure that the customer service delivered is an excellent experience.
