Contract Assistant
Role Responsibility
The Total Placement Service (TPS) Business Team is responsible for administering contracts and payments for a wide range of accommodation placements for children in care and care leavers.
The team is recruiting a Contracts Assistant to provide contracting, administrative and data support to the team and a multi-agency funding panel. You will assist in the smooth running of the team taking a proactive role in relation to its day to day functioning. You will be highly motivated, well organised with excellent communication skills, a good knowledge of a range of IT systems, and have awareness of data protection and confidentiality issues.
You will be educated to GCSE (NVQ level 2) or equivalent, have experience of business administration and be able to organise and prioritise your workload to achieve deadlines.

Interviews will take place on 6th & 7th December 2021
You will be sent a pre-interview question which will be discussed at interview.
