Communication and Engagement Officer
Role Responsibility
Kent Country Parks are seeking an experienced person with communication, engagement and marketing skills to join our management team for a 6 month project. You will be responsible for reviewing existing comms and engagement as well developing a new forward thinking action plan that will secure future business for the parks as well as excellent customer service. This is a 6 month contract, 3 days a week/22.2hrs with clear expected outcomes.
You will be based at one of the 4 main country parks (Shorne Woods Country Park, Lullingstone Country Park, Trosley Country Park or Brockhill Country Park) or Maidstone with flexible home working options.
This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
