Case Officer – Ashford

Could you promote and support people’s independence?

We are looking for staff who can motivate and empower service users to embrace independent living, assisting them to find the right support at the right time.

Do you have the skills and experience of managing a dynamic caseload, working in partnership with service providers and contributing towards integration with the Health Service?

Through excellent opportunities for training and development, including a comprehensive induction, you will receive the support you need and recognition for your good work.

Occasionally you will be expected to work outside normal office hours and at weekends to optimise support to service users and provide a responsive, seamless and multi-disciplinary approach.

This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service. The ability to travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexible manner at various times of the day is essential.

Our offer
