Business Support Officer - Tunbridge Wells Family Hub Services
Role Responsibility
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Officer Position in the Tunbridge Wells Family Hub Services, West Kent. The post is part time (14.8 hours/two days per week), based at The Tunbridge Wells Family Hub, Grove Hill Road. If you would like to be part of a busy team helping to support the children and families of Kent, then this could be the position for you.
The Business Support Service provides professional administrative support across Integrated Children's Services and we aim to;

You will have good proficiency in use of ICT systems (MS Applications, Databases etc) and be confident dealing with a variety of multi-disciplinary professionals whilst working to deadlines in a highly demanding environment. A full list of responsibilities is outlined within the JD, however we are more focused on your drive, potential and aptitude for learning and provide comprehensive induction and training for the right candidate.
- A starting salary of £24,040 (Pro Rata) with annual performance related pay increases

Working within a confidential environment you will have the ability to take a high standard of meeting minutes. You will have strong administrative and IT skills and the ability to collate and manage data. You will use your initiative to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines. You will need to have the confidence and ability to deal with a variety of multi-disciplinary professionals on a range of matters and the ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information. You should enjoy working as part of an effective team but also work independently to a high standard whilst working remotely and willingness to travel across the County, to service delivery points, meetings and training when required in a timely manner. Reception cover may be needed where required.
