Business Support Coordinator

We are in search of a dedicated Business Support Coordinator to become a valued member of our friendly team. The Kent and Medway Learning Disability and Autism Programme collaborates closely with individuals with lived experience, community agencies, and statutory partners to enhance the lives of neurodiverse individuals and their families in Kent and Medway.
 
In this dynamic and forward-thinking setting, you'll need a composed demeanour to manage various demands and obstacles effectively. Liaising directly with various stakeholders, you will also need excellent communication skills.
 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with excellent organisational abilities to manage your own schedule while aiding others in meeting deadlines and objectives, is a key component for the role.
 
You'll need to juggle competing priorities and collaborate effectively with colleagues. The ability to produce precise, sensitive meeting minutes will be crucial in this position.
 
Additionally, you'll be expected to navigate various health and social care performance and finance platforms, so familiarity with multiple systems would be advantageous, though full training will be provided.

We will work closely with you to agreed shared objectives through regular good conversations, annual appraisals and training opportunities.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.
