Business Support Assistant
Role Responsibility
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Business Support Assistants to join the Business Support Team within the Infrastructure division. The posts will work closely with Business Support Officers in undertaking administrative and business coordination functions.
Applicants will have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and possess a high level of organisation skills with the ability to prioritise their workload to meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and possesses excellent interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will be expected to learn internal IT applications and work collaboratively with colleagues across the division.
The team operate a hybrid work model that includes a mix of working from home and working from Invicta House in Maidstone.
Interviews will be held week beginning 10th June 2024.
