An opportunity has arisen for 2 Apprentices to join the Ashford and Canterbury Business Support Team within Adult Social Care.
This is a great opportunity to gain a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration whilst working for a large, diverse, rapidly changing organisation.
The Business Support Team is responsible for providing administrative support to 5 Adult Social Care Community Teams, this involves supporting the Council’s vision and providing a consistently high quality, cost effective and timely business support service.
The role includes answering telephone and email enquiries, database recording, taking notes at meetings, maintaining spreadsheets, electronic filing and archiving of documents, financial tasks and providing administrative support to the Community Teams and other stakeholders. The positions will be based at either Kroner House in Ashford or Brook House in Whitstable.

The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
Salary starts at £7.75 per hour, with the opportunity to increase after successfully passing a 6-month probation period.
