Adoption Permanency Planning Lead (Senior Practitioner)

Adoption Partnership South East have an is exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join the dynamic Early Permanence team within our regional adoption agency. This is a Senior Practitioner role in as permanency planning lead for children across Bexley, Kent and Medway. The role will also involve completing Together or Apart (sibling assessments). If you are child centred, passionate about early permanency placements and looking for a development opportunity this post is right for you.
The Permanency Planning Lead is a key role within the Adoption Partnership South East. As a Permanency Planning lead you will be based within the Early Permanence Team and be responsible for tracking children and supporting early permanence work within the children’s social work teams across Bexley, Kent and Medway. You will receive excellent support from your line manager and colleagues.
The role is full-time, but we would consider part-time for the right candidate.
This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure application to the Disclosure and Barring service and registration as a qualified Social Worker with Social Work England.
