Account Administration Officer

Role Responsibility

Are you a high-performing data entry professional with a strong background in finance systems and a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments?

We are seeking three experienced Account Administration Officers to join our Finance division. This is not an entry-level role as we require individuals with exceptional attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, who can confidently manage high volumes of financial data and adapt quickly to complex systems and processes.

About the Roles

We are recruiting for the following positions:

1. Accounts Payable Team (x2 roles)

  • Process 100+ invoices/payment requests per day with precision and efficiency.
  • Ensure all transactions are compliant with internal controls and financial procedures.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies swiftly.

2. Control Team (x1 role)

  • Accurately raise and cancel Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices within strict SLAs.
  • Manage supplier setup and amendments in the Accounts Payable (AP) system.
  • Handle AR and AP queries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Process multiple daily payment runs.
  • Follow strict financial controls and procedures as set by internal audit and compliance standards.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in high-volume data entry within a finance environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar).
  • Exceptional accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication skills for dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills under pressure.
