We are embarking on an exciting strategy for adult social care - recalibrating our approach to drive forward innovative, meaningful and positive practice in Kent.
With the creation of a dedicated new team, led by our Head of Systems and Performance, we have some fantastic opportunities for a proactive systems officers within our Systems and Performance Team.
This role is at the forefront of championing continuous improvement for social care and shaping the future.
This role will be working closely with operational colleagues to understand business requirements while leading on the research of new systems and technological developments, evaluating their potential and where appropriate working in partnership to oversee their implementation.
This exciting role will require the ability to work in partnership with an expertise and understanding of how to identify and implement effective system solutions.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.
