Role Responsibility

Do you recognise Adolescence as a difficult time? And really hard for some young people? Are you resilient, persistent, and able to look past challenging behaviours to see the potential in a young person?

Our Adolescent Services are expanding!

In partnership with the NHS Secure Stairs programme, Kent Adolescent Services are recruiting Transitions Practitioners to work intensively, and in a trauma-informed way, with young people in, and at risk of going into custody.

We’re keen to hear from resilient and flexible practitioners who are prepared to go the extra mile when needed, to build relationships with adolescents and help manage the crises that they experience. We offer excellent trauma, case formulation and contextual safeguarding training, and we’re developing clinical supervision to enhance our support to our valued workforce.

This post will cover the North and West of the county.
