Transport Eligibility Assistant

Role Responsibility

Transport Eligibility Assistant required to provide administrative support to the Transport team within Fair Access. 

The Fair Access team process applications for free school transport for mainstream and SEN children resident in Kent. We currently have an opportunity for an individual to join us as a Transport Eligibility Assistant.

To be considered for this role, you should have strong knowledge of IT, excellent communication and listening skills. You must understand the importance of maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. You will need to demonstrable technical skills and have a proven record of supporting customers through complex processes.

You should also have a desire to provide excellent customer service, be self motivated, and able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure, as consistently meeting deadlines is essential.

We are looking for a positive person, with a ‘can-do’ approach who can rise to the pressures within the Transport Eligibility team, providing a customer focused service, which exceeds their expectations.
