Trading Standards Checked Scheme Membership Advisor
Role Responsibility
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a varied and interesting role that requires a broad range of skills. You will work closely with the Scheme Manager to support the day to day running of the Trading Standards Checked scheme and ensure that members of the scheme are supported.
We are looking for an organised, motivated candidate who is confident speaking on the phone to traders and business owners. You will need to be adaptable and able to apply yourself to a variety of tasks because no day will ever be the same! Training and development will be available for the successful candidate if required.
This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
