Total Placement Service Business Officer
The Total Placement Service (TPS) Business Team is responsible for administering contracts and payments for a wide range of accommodation placements for children in care and care leavers.
The team is recruiting a Business Officer to develop and maintain the business systems and data processes for the purchase of resources for children and families.
The postholder will provide specialist advice and support to senior managers on the business and reporting systems to improve service delivery ensuring financial and contractual compliance.
It is essential that the successful applicant has the following experience and skills:
- Highly motivated, excellent organisational, administration and communication skills
- Ability to create complex spreadsheets, analyse data and raise contractual documentation
- Experience of financial and contractual procedures
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets, prioritise and plan effectively
- Knowledge and use of databases
- Awareness of Data Protection and confidentiality issues.
