The positions will be based at Kroner House, Ashford.  Please note the hours would need to be worked during Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00.

The ARMS Team is responsible for progressing contact enquiries made to Adult Social Care and decide on the next pathway for the person being referred. You will need to have experience of working for Adult Social Care or a related organisation and with vulnerable adults.
