Team Manager - Dover Children in Care
An exciting permanent full-time opportunity has arisen to join the South Kent Children in Care Service as a Team Manager leading the Dover Team. You will be joining an innovative, creative and forward-thinking service. You will join a stable and experienced management team and will receive excellent support and development opportunities.
Your role will be striving for excellence for our children in care, you will have a good understanding of legal work, adoption planning and achieving permanence. You will be passionate about ensuring our children have every opportunity to succeed and that they enjoy the magic of childhood.
You will be able to motivate and lead a team from the front, ensure that you deliver high quality supervision and that you implement a practice learning culture based on audit and good communication. You will need to demonstrate that you can work in partnership effectively across a range of services to further outcomes for our children.
You will understand the importance of resource management which is best achieved through creative and timely care plans. Most importantly you will have a can-do approach and high resilience.
