Role Responsibility
Here in Kent those with Autism are looking for a person who can make their rights a reality. Kent County Council as an organisation is looking for someone to deliver the best approach there is for those with Autism.
We are looking for a person who will:

- Can evidence “you said – I listened – we did”
- Who will inspire success
- Can evidence person centred practice and leadership
- A person who will ensure the person with a Autism and their carers are at the centre of their community.

Meeting needs within partnership arrangements is central to success.
As the Team Manager for the Countywide Autism Team you will report to the Service Manager for Autism. The role will see you leading and directing the delivery of integrated health and social care across the team, taking opportunities to streamline processes and support the team through a period of change.
An appropriate professional qualification will be necessary, and you will be registered with your professional body. You will also have an extensive knowledge of all relevant legislation and be expect to adhere to county procedures, with the ability to inspire and deliver excellent work from your team.
