1 Permanent Part Time for 30 hours per week

1 Permanent Part Time for 21.25 hours per week

Broadmeadow Registered Care Centre currently have two part time Team Leader vacancies. You must be flexible, reliable and willing to work a rota which will include early and late shifts, weekends and bank holidays. You should have an NVQ 3/Diploma in care or demonstrate a willingness to undertake NVQ 3/Diploma and all other mandatory training that will be essential for the role.

You should have experience in health and social care, including health and safety knowledge and the administration of medication and a good understanding of CQC. You must have good communication skills and the ability to interact with service users and their families. You will need to show supervisory skills as you will be in charge of a team whilst on duty.

You will need to complete a full induction programme.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
