Team Coordinator

Role Responsibility

This is an interesting and exciting opportunity for the right candidate who will play an active role in all aspects of service delivery.

You will need to be person centred, have a good understanding of the needs and of people with learning disabilities and promote their rights and choices.

The role will be working mainly within Gravesend Community services and there is an expectation that the role has a visible presence within the service.

There is an expectation of support across our other community services where needed.

You will have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social care, or equivalent, and the Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards) as well as appropriate relevant experience of working with adults with disabilities.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.
