Team Coordinator
Role Responsibility
Meadowside in Deal provides overnight residential stays for people with a learning, physical disabilities and/or autism.
We are looking for a weekend only 16 hours a week Team Coordinator.
Working in an excellent team we are looking for individuals who can be flexible in their approach, are able to work collaboratively and share our commitment to improving outcomes for adults. You will be required to lead shifts and work as a member of a team providing a nurturing and safe environment which promotes the emotional and physical well-being of the adult accessing overnight residential short breaks.
The job requires the ability to co-ordinate shift plans, ensure accurate record keeping (quality assurance), liaise with other professionals, care planning, carry out personal care and provide supervision and support to staff while monitoring standards of care.
- You will need to hold a level 3 health and social care (or equivalent),
- You will have experience of supporting people with disabilities and complex needs,
- Supervisory management experience,
- Knowledge of safeguarding,
- You will be able to take personal and professional responsibility for your actions and performance.
- The role includes working shifts patterns including evening, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-in/night duties.
